Here at Officiant ATL, I understand that there are many reasons for a couple to get married while one is incarcerated. Hoping to keep the prisoner locally incarcerated, family visits, legitimize the children, insurance, finances, and of course love.

Each prison has its own rules concerning marriage. First speak with the warden or prison chaplain to learn the rules and policies of your partners particular prison.
